A hotel can be fully booked and still lose the morning if three room attendants do not turn up. Checkouts back up, rooms are not ready for early arrivals, and the front desk spends the afternoon apologising. Hospitality runs on people being in the right place at the right time, often at short notice and outside office hours.

Built around hospitality hours

Hotels and restaurants do not work nine to five, and neither do we. We are contactable 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp, and enquiries are usually answered the same working day. That matters when a breakfast shift falls through at 6am or a function grows by forty covers the day before.

Because our workers are screened and onboarded before they are offered any shift, replacing someone who drops out does not mean starting the checks again. We plan around split shifts, late finishes, weekend peaks and the seasonal swings that come with conferences, weddings and the Christmas party season.

Checks and compliance

Every worker has a right-to-work check before their first shift and is paid through fully compliant payroll. Kitchen and food-handling staff hold a food hygiene certificate where the role calls for one. Where a hotel or venue needs licensed door supervisors, we can supply SIA-licensed staff as well.

Tips are worth getting right. Since 1 October 2024 the law has required tips to be passed to workers in full, and that includes eligible agency workers. Where a hirer passes tips for agency staff to us, we pass them on to the workers without deductions.

See your bookings in the client portal

Every client gets access to our workforce portal. Heads of department can see who is booked onto each shift and who has clocked in, check a worker’s profile and documents before they arrive, ask for workers they rate again and decline those who were not right. Timesheets are checked and amended in the portal before anything is invoiced, so there is no end-of-month argument about hours.

How our rates work

Our charge rate is built from the worker’s pay, holiday pay accrual, employer National Insurance and any certification the role needs. Rates differ between roles and shift patterns, so we quote a range until we know the site, the shifts and the headcount. Under the Agency Workers Regulations, agency workers who stay in the same role with the same hirer for 12 weeks become entitled to the same basic pay and conditions as directly employed staff, and we build that into long-running bookings from the start.

Often, yes. Tell us the role, the start time and the address and we will tell you straight away what we can do.

Can we keep the same workers each week?

Yes. Request the workers you want through the portal and we will book them first. Regular faces matter in hotels, where people need to know the building and the standards.

Do you only work in central London?

No. We supply hotels, restaurants and venues across Greater London, Kent and Essex, and our office is in Woolwich.
