Getting a crew to your gate

Lewisham works as the pickup point because the south-side rail links feed it and there is a direct A-road run out. The drive is around 27 miles and about 45 minutes, so one vehicle covers a standard crew and a 06:00 start is realistic. The new link road into the Aylesford and New Hythe estates has improved freight access off the A20 and M20 between junctions 4 and 6, which helps the approach at the far end. New Hythe station sits close to the business park, but county services at that hour are thin, which is precisely the leg we drive. Bromley South is the fallback pickup if the route calls for it.

You get access to our workforce portal. From it you can see who is booked on each shift and who has clocked in, open a worker’s profile and compliance documents before they arrive, request or decline particular people for your site, add shifts or extend a booking, and check and amend timesheets before anything is invoiced. Queries are settled there against clock-in records instead of by email weeks later.

How we price it

A charge rate is built from the worker’s pay, holiday pay accrual, employer National Insurance and any certification the role needs, with transport per shift added where we run the crew in. That transport figure comes from the real journey – fuel, vehicle and insurance, and the driver’s travelling hours either side – divided across the crew. We give a range first and a firm figure once the site, pattern and headcount are fixed.

We also supply into construction, retail, hospitality and hotels, and care when those shifts need covering.
